Approach
After completing the discovery phase, we conducted an analysis and summarized the collected information.
We developed the strategic framework for a loyalty program, incorporating mechanisms for managing product exclusions, categorizing and regionalizing participants, and segmenting them based on their actions.
We developed an administration platform, along with mobile and desktop applications.

Delivered a creator for predefined marketing scenarios for promotional campaigns and brand products, linked to the current product catalog and real-time inventory levels.
Designed and implemented a mobile application as an integral component of the platform.
