4. Processing of Users’ Personal Data

1. Purposes of Data Processing:

Profit Network conducts analyses and creates statistics to improve the Website’s performance. These statistics are primarily based on non-personal or anonymized data. In some cases, personal data may be used. Such data processing is based on the legitimate interest of Profit Network to carry out analytical and statistical activities aimed at its development. Data is processed until the analysis or statistics are complete, or until an effective objection to data processing is submitted, whichever occurs first.

1. Profit Network collaborates with social media providers and manages its profiles on platforms like YouTube and LinkedIn.

Based on the Court of Justice of the European Union rulings of June 5, 2018 (Case C-210/16) and July 29, 2019 (Case C-40/17), social media providers are co-controllers of the personal data of users interacting with plugins and technologies provided by these platforms or users of Profit Network’s profiles on such platforms.

1. Profit Network may disclose Users’ personal data at the request of public authorities or other entities authorized by law, particularly when necessary to ensure the security of Profit Network’s systems, other Users' rights, or to fulfill services provided by Profit Network.

2. Users are entitled to the following rights regarding their data:

Right to Rectification.
‍Users can request the correction or supplementation of their personal data if it is incorrect or incomplete.

Users can request confirmation of whether their personal data is processed and receive a copy of the data.
